I had tried this, but hadn't realised that the date format had to be entered in the options for Blogs Made Simple and News Made simple aswell. I'm such a doofus! Got it sorted now. Cheers again.

sorry about the delayed response - some other stuff took me over for a bit.
I'm using the normal version of cmsms.
It seems strange that such a common feature wouldn't work, unless we're doing something majorly wrong....
