Re: Fresh Install - Cannot Access Admin
The host is a mix between Cold Fusion and PHP. I had to have them manually enable PHP on this particular account. Also, I couldnt CHMOD the directories and files to 777, they had to do it for me. Perhaps this is the issue? Not sure if they run anything in safemode. I'll throw them a support request ...

Re: Fresh Install - Cannot Access Admin
Sorry. I should probably add that the error I placed above "line 27" comes from the admin/index.php. Line 27 is
"require_once("../include.php");"
It appears that the php within the include.php file is being ignored?

Fresh Install - Cannot Access Admin
Hello all. Its been awhile since I've done a fresh install of the CMS and I've ran into an issue. The install went fine, no errors, and I can access my front end just fine. When I try to access the Admin section I receive the following error message: Warning: require_once(../include.php) [function.r...

Re: Parse error on new CMSMS 1.6 install
Note: I am using Godaddy as my hosting. I was running php4x, because some reason Godaddy didnt upgrade my PHP. There is a work around that seemed to work for me. If you go to your hosting account, then click on settings then file extension. There should be two predefined extensions. .PHP and .PHP5. ...

Re: Parse error on new CMSMS 1.6 install
RonnyK,
Thanks for the info. Any chance you have any time to explain how to get the fix from the SVN? Or is it best to wait for the 1.6.1 release? Any other get around advice would be great and much appreciated. I'm sure you guys have enough on your plate.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Help to Understand Menu Manager
Yeah I started out by doing that, but then realized that I would need to style each new menu item that I create. The only way i've found to make it completely dynamic is to syle the list item within CSS so that it always uses the same background image and actions. Then just place the name of the men...

Re: Help to Understand Menu Manager
duclet Thanks for your help. Adding the code to the template works fine, but leaves the problem of the menu being hard coded. So for example, if you wanted to create a new menu item, you would need to change the code, upload new graphics for the buttons and whatever. I found the solution I was looki...

Help to Understand Menu Manager
This is the first official time i'm trying to create my own menu within the Menu Manager module. I have always edited the default menu and worked off that, but now i'm working on a site that uses its own styles.
