(SOLVED)Text shows in editor but not site

Hey!

I am using the MLE 1.6.6 and just transfered from one server (were the site worked perfectly), to a new site.

I am no mySQL 5.0.77 and PHP 5, the exact version I am unsure of.

It is a plesk Linux sever. Plesk 9.2 and I am unsure of the updates at this time.

System Information is green across the board.

What I am getting is weird. I look at a pages editing window and I see the information and text. But I look at the pages and I get nothing other then the template. I click apply and no update - I have run a repair on the db and optimized.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Either '/config.php' is not configured, or cache is old, or all pages include module (like 'Captcha') which retains old configuration.

To fix config follow steps

- Make a backup of files and database first.
- Copy the install folder back on to the server.
- Open website.com/install
- Follow the steps, but DON'T create tables and default content in step 5 it was I think. Uncheck this options.
- A new config.php is created with all the right serverpaths.
- Delete the install folder and chmod444 the config.php file.

Reinstall Captcha if present.
Clear cache.

I did what you said and most of it came back. In your theme of making sure everything is up to date I updated to 1.6.7 and it all came back!
