I'm working on a fresh install of CMS Made Simple 2.0.1.1. Put in some simple content pages, and now trying to build a contact form, so I thought I would check out FormBuilder. (I had used the CMSForms module on my other CMS installations).
While installing, module manager warned that this module depended on CMS Mailer. I went ahead with install anyway, thinking that the new built-in mailer functionality would do the job, or that the FormBuilder install would go ahead and install CMS Mailer if it really wanted to. So the result of the install is
CMS Mailer Not installed
...
FormBuilder 0.8.1.2 Installed
Missing dependencies
Depends on: CMSMailer
Should I go ahead and install CMS Mailer, even though it is deprecated and CMS 2.0.1.1 already passed its internal "email" test after I set it up?
Thanks,
Matt

Re: CMSForms and Mailer Issue
Yes cmsmailer needs to be installed.
As long as Formbuilder also supports the CMSMS 1.x series, this dependency will be needed.
