Hello all...
It would be nice if the above [solved] could be added to the posts once they've been [solved]...
Helps when trolling for unsolved problems...
To do, go to your first/original post and click the "edit" button, change subject line...

Re: [solved]
The same goes for me Mark, and I´d add to that that for readability it would be good to have it put in front op the original topic, so that it is always visible and on the same position.

Good idea - have changed subject and placed it on the top .
Re: TO ALL - Please add [solved] to subject, if problem is solved !
This will help us (the masses) find quicker answers and open fewer threads with the same subject (duplicates).

Indeed a great idea, can someone explaine me how to edit the original title to put [SOLVED] in front of it.

Thierry,
if you go to your topic, and push "MODIFY" on the first post, you can change the SUBJECT-line as well. That will then be visible as the new topic-subject.

I'm sorry, I tried to do that but no matter how hard and promptly I examined the message post, I just could not find such button. Perhaps you could enlighten me about the location of this mysterious "modify" button?Dr.CSS wrote:To do, go to your first/original post and click the "modify" button, change subject line...

In the new forum software, it's now the 'edit' button.
