Upgraded to 1.0.4 but logged as 1.0.3

I just upgraded using the "Upgrade 1.0.2 to 1.0.4". But when I checked the Admin Log, it states "Upgraded to 1.0.3". ?? So do I have to do the next upgrade to the 1.0.4? Or is the log wrong?
