What do I do to correct this ?

Hi,

It depends on what you're looking for :
- no error + no image = delete this line {global_content name='image'} in your layout.
- no error + image = leave {global_content name='image'} in your layout. And create a "content > global content blocks" named "image" and insert the image you want to display.
