Is it possible to get the default search box to include events in Calendar in its search results ?

Haven't check calendar source yet, but normally it should work ...

It's possible that module (if the dev insert it) send a request to module to reindex content. But it's manually possible too - go to Extensions > Search in admin panel and click there Reindex ...

Or you are using another search module like Pisearch - it searches in all visible content.

The default search box module that came with the script did not pick up content I added to the Calendar.

Admin > Extensions > Search > Reindex All Content worked beautifully, but didn't pick up the Calendar content.

I was thinking of trying out the Ajax Search Engine at http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/projects/cmsms-ax-se but the modules demo at http://canadianwinter.ca/index.php?page=current_issue doesn't work at all!
