Could I use CMSMS for this site functionality?

Hey guys,
Just scoping out a CMS to use for a site build with the following functionality, and am wondering if CMSMS would be able to handle the requirements, and if so which module(s) would you recommend for each section:
-- Event calendar --
Will feature in some attractive graphical format on the Homepage (which I am flexible on appearance type: mini-calendar, event list...etc), and able to click through to individual event details as well as an event "homepage" of some type.
-- Classifieds --
Will allow free posting of moderated ads with title, text and up to three images (3 images is negotiable). Admin user will then approve ads for them to appear online. They should have a finish date when they are no longer "live", and preferably are then deleted from the DB.
-- Banner Ads --
Some sort of management of banner ads. Preferably able to add banner ads with URL to display randomly on a page from a list of "live" ads, as well as set a finish date when an ad would stop showing.
-- Email newsletter --
Users able to subscribe to newsletter which would be able to be sent in HTML and text preferably. Admin would be able to create and send newsletter, and manage users. Preferably the newsletter content could be drawn from site content via the admn interface, rather than cut and paste, but not essential.
-- Forum --
A simple forum for threaded discussion. Not so set on what features this should have, just so long as it's fairly easy to manage from the Admin side, and flexible on the template side.
