Using CMS made simple for my web design business

I am in the middle of starting up my own web design business, where I create and custom design websites for small businesses. Since not many would know how to update via HTML I have been looking for a CMS to do it for me.

Would it be legal for me to design a site, implement CMS made simple into it and then charge them for the website design and host it on a server?

By the way, it is a neat little CMS you have here.

Thanks.  :)

No reason why not, as long as you aren't trying to take credit for CMS Made Simple.  You can take credit for the design/content of the specific site, but not for the content management software.

Is it legal to credit your client for implementation of the CMS?
