multilang site installed > so what ?

Hi,

I've just installed the CMSMS multilang site and I've got a "Languages not set!" on the top. OK I understand even if  I'm french that the languages are not set. But how do I set them ?? 

I've look all the menu in the admin and there's nothing.    Help, please....

But I can't make it work !
- first : there's no flag on the lang folders
- second : i modified config_lang.php to this :

and now I've got a 404 Not found error


I've read the post you show me, but I didn't find any issue.
