Is anyone having trouble when making a module that on the non admin side when you have a form persay and it is submitted everything renders fine in moduleinterface.php except the user defined tags?

Also from moduleinterface on the non admin side the links are then messed in that they try to go like so:

/moduleinterface.php?page=yada

it should be something like

/index.php?page=yada
