Hi,

I just would like to know if choosing Singapore Gallery would be a good idea for a new site build on cmsms.

I really like the php version of Singapore Gallery for its simplicity/good templating/nice rendering but the latest release of the cmsms version was done on the 9th of January 2006 (one year ago !).

Any feedback/info about this module would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your reply.

There exists a module which includes Singapore into CMSms

mark, the Album module is really more of a slideshow viewer, isn't it? Don't get me wrong, it's very cool, but it doesn't seem to give you a way to manage albums. I'll be trying Singapore today...

Hi, here is how you integrate Singapore into CMSMS:

http://www.sgal.org/forum/viewtopic.php?pid=4555#p4555

With CMSMS 1.0.2 default install, I created a page called "gallery" and so the singapore.ini file needs

Code: Select all

index_file_url = "gallery.html?"
To start with you might want

Code: Select all

default_template = "default"
That seems enough to get started :)

Maybe I'm just used to Gallery and Coppermine. Anyway, is there a way to display the Comment underneath the image?
