CMS Made Simple Forums

I just started looking at CMS and am quite impressed. I'm going to attempt to have a web newbie use it rather than have him go the PC-app (e.g. Front Page) route. As I want to minimize my involvement, I'm looking for a template that can duplicate the look of a particular site such as this: http://www.ohnuts.com.

No ecommerce functions are needed.

Is there anything open source template similar to this that is available?
