Scrollbars Don't Appear

Does anyone know why I wouldn't get scrollbars in IE 6? See http://www.pricecurry.com/images/editor2.gif
That's probably a bug in my theme code. If you switch admin themes, you should have them back.
I can try to fix it, but, to be honest, I think that the new Admin theme that's in the works will be much cleaner and work better for most purposes.
It should be coming in the next week or so.
