NMS Error: Database error Incorrect datetime value

I'm running CMS 1.0.2 on a windows box. I added Newsletter Made Simple 1.0-Beta6 and have been working at setting up. Adding users and lists is fine. I made a test message and that went fine.
The problem is creating the job. I selected my message then selected my list and then named the job. I hit submit and it threw this error:
Database error Incorrect datetime value: ''2006-12-14 10:32:01'' for column 'created' at row 1
The time stamp is the time I submitted the job request. The CMSMailer Module is installed.
Any ideas?
