Links directory

Not sure if this is been discussed before, but it would be great with a "link directory" for CMSMS.
Like a module where admin can create/edit/delete link-categories, and also add/edit/delete links and a small description within the different categories.
It would also be great if visitors could
browse all the link-categories.
All of this is hard to explain, but i think that someone can understand what i´m trying to explain.

Explanation like on my site
LOOK HERE I guess?
I'm also looking for a solution.
Visitors can post new links an administrator can edit and/or delete links.
Data are stored in just flat txt-files like:

That´s NOT the same thing.

I installed and tried the "bookmarks"-module, and it seem to look the same, but the categories isn´t clickable for users (i think) and there isn´t any hits-counter.

Great,
I installed it on my test-sever and works okay. Creating categories is no problem, visitors can add links, admin can edit, delete and approve. So basicly all I need.
Still have to find formatting possibilities.
As WhoMe wrote, counter is missing unfortunately but I can live without if I have to. Still would be nice to have. May be in a future edition. I'm no PHP guru to implement it myself.
Thanks for the hint Petert
