Can CMSMS only browse to images inside its own folder?

I have a site fully developed without a CMS, that I am now tyring to 'retrofit' CMSMS to.

This seems to be working OK, but my problem at this point is that when I select an image on a content page, and view 'properties', it shows the coorect path (this is in the HTML of course) but won't let me brose to another image in the same folder path. I can't seem to move out of the CMSMS image folder.

How do I do this?

Thanks,
Mark

It's kind of hard wired that way, you may find it best to put the images in to uploads/images even if they are in folders as long as the folders are in here you will see them, as folders that you can click to open, if you put them in uploads/ then you can use the drop down on the left to get to them...

OK, thanks. While I'm in 'transition' between ny HTML & php pages, there will be a lot of duplicate images on the server, but I guess thats OK ::)

Thanks for your help!
