Testing the update from version 2.2.21 to 2.2.22 with Installation/Update Wizard cmsms-2.2.22-install.expanded.zip from the Forge
With PHP 8.3.25 developer mode

It appears that the directory you have selected to install in is a working directory for the installer itself
