CMS Made Simple Forums

Hi everyone,

I just did a fresh install of CMS Made Simple (latest version) on my shared hosting account (running PHP 8.1), and the installation process completed without any errors.

But right after finishing the setup, when I try to access the frontend or admin panel, all I get is a blank white screen. No error messages, no login page—just white.

I’ve tried:

Clearing my browser cache

Checking file permissions

Enabling display_errors in PHP (still nothing shown)

Has anyone run into this before? Any ideas on how to fix this or where to look?

Would appreciate any help or direction!

There should definitely be something in your php error log, assuming logging is enabled and configured correctly. It could be a number of things but without an error log they'll just be guesses.
