I install a CMS simple site

but I need help to chage the banners image and text in
customize the Simplex Slideshow

in the seccion of the theme I find

but HOW o where I can chage the images

Global Content Blocks are now generic templates, so you can find the 'Simplex Slideshow' template in Layout > Design Manager.

Simplex is a pretty dated template, it's just included as a sample for you to learn how the templating works. Most people these days would use a module like LISE, Gallery, or ECB2 to build out a slideshow instead of hardcoding it like Simplex does.
