Limit amout of submissions in formbuilder

Is it possible to limit the submissions to say 15 different users in Formbuilder?

I think that needs a little more clarification.

When 15 people have submitted the form, the 16th person can't submit. We want that only x-number can enlist for a certain activity. Hope this clarifies this topic.
I'm using CMS 2.19 and FormBuilder 1.2
