I'm looking for some assitance taking an old site and converting it into CMSMS. It's a fairly simple site but I could use some assitance with polishing it up a bit - thanks.

I am replicating a site on wayback archive.
I need help with final three tasks
Jquery form validation and Captcha with audio. I have forms working and validating but I need to clear form and add a captcha with audio function as the old site had that. ( Would google verification work.)
a cookie accept bar - I have a version just can't get the cookie stored the tutorial version seems to be broken and having trouble getting the local storage part to work.
Hopefully it should be fairly simple.
