Hi,
I updated my CMS to 2.2.16 (from 2.2.14) and changed to PHP8 at the provider settings.
As some modules generated errors, I deactivated/removed them (ex. AireLibs). Now the website works fine at frontend. But after some actions in the backend I noticed, that Ican no longer open the module manager page. There is only a white page with plain text, normally shown on the top of the module manager page:
"Hinweis: Die hier angezeigte Version repräsentiert die jeweils letzte, im ausgewählten Moduldepot (wahrscheinlich das CMS forge) als XML-Datei ..."

How can I repair this function? Without module manager I can not handle other modules.

Probably one of the modules is causing this behavior.
I suspect a CG module
You can try to rename the module folders (on the filesystem)

E.g. an underscore.

_CGBlog
_CGExtensions
_CGSimpleSmarty
_JQueryTools
_MenuManager
_ThemeManager

That will disable the module and probably give you access to the Module Manager again.

However, you can't really uninstall the modules (you can delete the folder but database stuff etc. won't be removed). Furthermore, the module probably are needed so you will need to find a replacement for them.

cool, your recommendation worked!
I renamed some module folders and found, that it was the AireLibs-module, which I had removed (I thought so, perhaps it didnt work properly)!
Now module manager is working.
