I studied and found that the cms made simple can be adapted to be used as a journal by simply changing the 'News' title to 'Article' and then post publications as journal articles just like we have here:
https://tnsmb.org/journal2/ . It worked just fine and contents posted can be easily searched on google search engine, but i realised that contents posted could not be detected by google crawlers so that they can be cited in Google Scholar. For Google Scholar citation we need crawler to detect/find contents published for citation to be possible but this is not automatically done by the cms made simple. Does anybody have an idea on how to enable this possibility in the software? Please help as soon as you can. This feature is crucial if it must be used for piublishing such google cited articles.

You'll likely need to adjust the News Detail template you're using to fit the parameters required by Google Scholar. It's not a function of the CMS, but of the html generated by your template. Some HTML knowledge will be needed, so consult your web developer if you're not sure.
