CMSMS version 2.2.15
I added a redirect item for my nav menu. However, it is not showing up in the navigation menu! It is simple and I have added other redirects already that work. I have gone through everything. It is configured properly, shows up in the Content Manager as it should, etc.

That's not enough for us to go on, sorry. Can you post the Navigator template you're using, and perhaps a link to the frontend letting us know where the page should show?

A few guesses:
-make sure your html validates
-clear the site cache
-move the page to a different position
-update routes and hierarchy position in site admin > system maintenance
