Inserting New Image

New to CMSMS, how can i replace an existing image with a new one. Cant see insert icon on menu list as shown in the capture
Looks like you use an old version of CMSMS...
In the Admin Panel at Extensions >> MicroTiny you can enable/disable the use of images
