CMS Made Simple Forums

Colleagues I have tried to find info on this topic by searching the forum, however I have been unsuccessful to date, hence I now ask - If there is a lot of content to be placed on a particular page which will result the site visitors having to scroll up many times to get to the end of the page, instead of manually breaking it up and creating a multitude of content pages, is there a way to get CMSMS to do this automatically while at the same time also inserting the Prev 1 2 3 Next etc links at the bottom of each page?
