Convert Adobe Website Style Guide to CSS

Convert a website style guide produced in Adobe XD, to CSS utilized in cmsmadesimple. If you are interested, see the attachment and PM me with an estimate. Resulting css should move away from Adobe's fixed pixel layout to a relative design that will allow for liquid layout on all screen sizes.
