I have updated a website to the latest release 2.2.15 but I am still get an alert telling me that my version is 2.2.7 and I need to update.
Has anyone else had this issue and how can I fix it? I tried clearing the cache etc.

It bothers me because it seems to imply some bug somewhere.

Once you dismiss the alert it will go away. Note that it's the smaller x, not the larger one that only closes the alerts dialog box without dismissing the individual messages (something for us to improve in the next admin theme)
