Hi, I notice that NMS (Newsletter Made Simple) was not mentioned in the module forking announcement.

Any suggestions for a suitable replacement?

I'm working on a suite of modules that will cover a range of emailing tasks for a site, from simple notifications to mass-mailing including newsletters. It will also work in conjunction with LISE as the source of the list(s). It is still in a very raw status and will take some months before it is prime time ready, but NMS will keep on working without major issues for now so I figure the suite release will be ready before NMS is completely rendered obsolete.
As usual any support or sponsoring is welcome, and potentially shorten the development cycle. Otherwise the modules will be added to forge as soon as a release candidate is ready. In any case some modules of the suite will be ready sooner as they will be available for MAMS and MAMSRegistration as an optional notifications manager...
