I did a test install of CMS .13 so i could test a upgrade, and everything installed fine and I view my main page and see the home page and other sample pages, but when i click on any other page then the main, the page doesnt show up. I see the ohter pages in the admin section, so i know they are there and the names are right, but not from the web?

It's because you have a version of php that doesn't like the internal_pretty_urls setting.  We had that on by default in 0.13, but turned back to false in 1.0 because people (like you) had issues with it.

Change it to false in config.php and you should be good to go.
