CMS Made Simple Forums

I'm building a site where the users should only be able to change specific settings such as their name & email address, but not their username.  How can I edit {$control} in the "Change Settings Template" to only show the desired editable information?


Also, on the "forgot password" template, I have the username field set to 20 in preferences, but it's only showing at about 8 (or something quite a bit smaller).


Any thoughts on either of these?
