Administrator login fail

Hi!
I'm asking this question for a client of mine.
They have a Made Simple account, but forgot who the contactperson is. Now, the login doesn't work anymore. Is there a way how I can find out who's the one who can reset the password within the company? I have a clue who this person is, but he doesn't receive any 'forgot the password' e-mails.
How can we resolve this problem so my client can login again?
