Migrate design from CMS 1.9.4.3 to latest

Hello all,
I want to migrate a CMS site from version 1.9.4.3 to the latest version. The current site is running on a server which is still supporting the PHP version used in that version. My new server is not so I'm not able to upgrade the CMS site. I therefore started with a clean install on the new server with the latest CMS version. Works like a charm!
Is there any way to migrate the design and content easily from this old version to this new version?
