extrarebate.com like site build with cms made simple

Hi All,
Just wondering if it's ok to use cms to build a site like www.extrarebate.com, basically i found there has a list of categories, a list of stored and some affilicate links. Also a user signup thing.
What modules are good fit for this or I need to roll my own?
