function.mobiledetect.php - contribution

Hey all!
As I'm updating sites to fit PHP7.2 I've seen that the plugin I've used for device detection is out of date - of course.
ยป Current Mobiledetect Smarty plugin - in the CMSms forge
So I actually only replaced the older code with that from the mobile detect project into the file and added exactly one line of code for Windows 10.
Perhaps more work was neccessary (?) for Mac and whatever - I couldn't tell.
However, as this plugin is very useful for me (for example I deliver a different gallery for touch-based-devices (swipe); critical css for mobile devices with even smaller size or phone-number-hyperlinks, but only for actual telephones...) I wanted to share and contribute the file.
Again, I am no (PHP)developer - therefore giving me no access to the forge is in the best interest for everybody
so I wanted to ask if there was an option to pass the file to somebody to review and share with the community?
