CMS Made Simple Forums

Hi All,
  I just install cms made simple on my site, but when i go to the admin panel and click on ModuleManager, in the availabe module tag i got this error message:
  SOAP Problem (http://modules.cmsmadesimple.org/soap.p ... Repository): HTTP Error: Couldn't open socket connection to server http://modules.cmsmadesimple.org/soap.p ... Repository, Error (13): Permission denied

  What happened and how do I fix it?

sounds like your webhost doesnt allow outgoing connections...

I'm getting this error as well on my local development server.

CMSMS 1.1
Fedora Core 6
Apache 2
PHP 5

How can I fix my configuration? Do I need to open some ports maybe?

What about opening outgoing TCP from localhost:any to modules.cmsmadesimple.org:80 ?
