EASY?! -> PiPictures and connecting it to the SimpleviewerAdmin

This could be easy, I think, but I am not a programmer 
Simpleviewer has an very nice Admin addon:

I've got it up and running under /cms/upload/images/simplevieweradmin/ (could be any folder... but hey)
How nice would it be if PiPictures would be able to READ the SimpleviewerAdmin generated xml file instead of CREATING one.
This would:
1. make it easier to add text / order files / manage gallerys and so on.
2. In short? All the functionality SimpleviewerAdmin gives you
I think there are a couple of steps:
1. it needs to point to the correct folders. The SimpleviewerAdmin folder contains folders named after the "gallery name", so
2. it should not create a xml, but read the one residing in the SimpleviewerAdmin/"gallery name" folder/
Is this a good idea or what
