CMS Made Simple Forums

I am trying to install CMSMS on my hosting server. I was able to install it through FTP since I don't have root access. When I am trying to load the website, I am getting 503 error. I follow the doc to install it on the server (https://docs.cmsmadesimple.org/installa ... load-files ). Just so you know the web hosting I am using supports PHP 7.2 and MySQL 5.7 (https://www.cloudways.com/en/php-cloud-hosting.php ). What am I doing wrong?

CMSMS 2.2.x core does not emit 503 errors so the issue is coming from the webserver BEFORE it gets to CMSMS.

If this is web server issue then I can contact my service provider. I will update it here.
