cmsms to make a gym schedule?

Hi,
I'm trying to use CMSMS (which I love, by the way!) to help my friends with their gym website. They have a schedule they'd like to be able to update via an admin tool. Here's a screenshot of it here: http://www.telodesign.com/schedule.png
Is it possible to do something this complex in CMSMS? I don't have the slightest clue how to go about it. Can anyone please point me in the right direction?
