Hi folks,

Trying to migrate my site from my webhost to my Azure Windows Server with WAMP installed.

Have FTP'd the files over, imported the database, but now have this error in both the main site and Admin sections:

Declaration of feu_pure_consumer::has_capability($flag) must be compatible with feu_auth_consumer::has_capability() in .....

I have had it working in the past, then updated some modules in CMSMS which broke things. IS there a PHP or Apache module or extension I should have enabled? I've tried to compare the lists of config between the two servers but can't spot where I'm going wrong.

Any clues most appreciated.

Apache 2.4.35
PHP 7.1.22 (but have 5.6.38, 7.0.32 and 7.2.10 available to select)
