Allowing a group of Frontend users to edit

Is there a workaround to allow a group of frontend users to edit the same FEU submitted article (like a CGBlog article or a CGCalendar event)?
What im trying to figure out is how to have a group of users from an organization or company to submit and edit content belonging to that group.
