Orderable Content in Matrix

I've been asked to deliver a website with the following functionality:
The adminuser must be able to add unlimited entries of data to the database.
The data must be displayed in a matrix (table) where the different columns can be sorted alphabetically.
The rows of data have to link to a next page with more details. On the next page should contain links to the previous and next item in the (ordered) matrix.
Does such a module already exists, or is there a module I can use as a basis?
