After upgrade CMS to 2.2.8 function cms_confirm instead promise gives me ReferenceError cms_confirm is not defined.

Clearing the browser cache will probably sort it.

(It required more than the standard [CTRL]+[F5] on one occasion [Windows Firefox, jumping from 1.x])

I updated the CMS system again and the problem was solved.
