File Picker pops up the login screen

Hi,
suddenly if I try to add a link for example to the pdf/png file and try to access the File Picker, the login screen pops up. If I type the login information again, I can access the files and add the link. BUT if I try to submit, cancel or apply, the login screen pops up again and nothing is saved.
Tried to clear the cache.
