How to generate PDF with CGHTML2PDF and LISE

Hello,
Sorry for my english, i will try to explain correctly my problem.
I have a LISE module and i would like to generate PDF with item create by this LISE module.
I install CGHTML2PDF but i don't how to use it for generate PDF ?
Can i have a detail template in my lise module wich enable me to desing my pdf ?
Could someone direct me on the steps to create this pdf ?
