Gallery Blank after server move

Hello, i moved the site to a new server, we had to do a manual extraction to backup the database and all files came across without issue.
The only problem i see at this point is that under Galleries, all my gallaries are missing. I have all the images, everything else seems to be in tact.
Was there a Database that i missed? Is there a text config file that I have missed?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Trying to get this site up for a community dance group that i am hosting pro bono.
