Cant upload to gallery - error 200

I cant upload new pictures to any existing subgallery for some reason.
If i try it uploads and says error 200 then refreshes and says that all is good even tough it doesnt upload. Well it uploads the picture but its dimensions for some reason in the image manager are 6666x9999 and it does not show correctly but if i open the image then it is shown. It does not work on the website tough.
