Theme Installation Help Required.

I've currently installed CMS Made Simple with the theme "Top simple navigation + left subnavigation + 1 column", which is a theme I'd like to integrate into my current site.

My CMS Made Simple Site is:

I need the CMS Made Simple site integrated into the design of
http://www.ukcarplakes.co.uk - Now I've been trying for hours to learn how to do this myself, but everything I've read has gone in one ear and out the other. As you can tell I'm a total noobie (Sorry)
If somebody would be so kind as to help me out I would really appreciate it. If you could do the integration for me I would make sure you received the first 3 months Monies from Google Ads.
I've clearly shown on the ukcarplakes.co.uk site where I need everything.

its pretty easy, first create new template name it as you wish and copy paste your page html code into it
next step is to replace all those "content goes here" type text with module calls
like " Search engine here." would be replaced with "{search}" and "Where all content is displayed." with "{content}"
you have option to leave metadata as it is in the template or let cmsms take care of it with {metadata} tag.
also you can leave css as a file or use {stylesheets} tag to get it from db (of course css must be copy pasted first).
its about 15minutes work, but as your layout is table based Im not too keen to surf through it

Go to
http://themes.cmsmadesimple.org/Theme_Frameworks.html and download the 3 column template.
Use the banner in the header the logo in the header h1 put the first google ads under the horizontal menu put the sub menu in the first left column the breadcrumbs in the first content box and the content in the second content box and the search tag in the last column put the bottom google ads in the footer...

Copy the html into a new template on your CMSMS site add the oppropriate {tags} for the menu's, breadcrumbs, search, content, google ads will have to be hardcoded, where it says title goes here add the title, put the banner in it's place, insert logo...
